Join the Eden Hall Campus for an intimate farm-to-fork dinner with the themes of Mint and Middle Eastern Cuisine emphasizing locally sourced ingredients, featuring the Eden Hall Farm.
Our “Spirited” Bar will open at 6:30 p.m. and the First Course will be served at 7:00 p.m.
The Menu Includes:
Starter: Family style – Dips Trio – Hummus, Baba Ganoush, Muhummara with homemade pita & lavash, Eden Hall Squash Falafel with Harissa Aioli with Mint Yogurt
1st course: Eden Hall Mixed Greens with Fried Halumi, Pomegranate, Walnut & Mint Lemon Dressing
2nd course: Trio Tasting Plate of: Lamb Tagine, Beef Cabob, & Chicken Shawarma with Saffron Couscous
3rd course: Mango-rosewater Semifreddo with a minted pistachio dust
Two “spirited” beverages are included in the price. Bar also will feature a complimentary snack of Fried Mint-spiced Chickpeas
