Join the Eden Hall Campus for an intimate farm-to-table dinner emphasizing locally-sourced ingredients with themes of Thyme and French Cuisine, featuring Goat Rodeo Cheese.
Our “Spirited” Bar will open at 6:30 p.m. and the First Course will be served at 7:00 p.m.
The Menu Includes:
Starter: Family style - cheese board(s) in center of table, Mini Croque-Monsieur
1st course: Green Salad featuring Eden Hall Vegetables, preserved lemon-thyme vinaigrette, with a warm Chevre & Asparagus soufflé Baguette with Thyme compound butter
2nd course: Braised Short Rib with Hootenanny aligot potatoes & Orange-thyme roasted carrots
3rd course: Chicabiddy tart with grilled stone fruit, honey-thyme syrup & pistachio dust
Two “spirited” beverages are included in the price. Bar also will feature a complimentary snack of Bamboozle Beignets with thyme sugar
