Join the Eden Hall Campus for an intimate farm-to-fork dinner emphasizing locally-sourced ingredients with the themes of Basil and Italian Cuisine featuring Parma Sausage
Cash Bar will open at 6:30 pm and the First Course will be served at 7:00 pm.
The Menu Includes:
Starter: Family style – charcuterie board(s) in center of table, smoked mozzarella & basil arancini
1st course: Tasting of: Summer Caprese Salad with melon, basil & tomato - & - Basil, & Kale soup Rustic Farm Bread with Basil compound butter
2nd course: Porchetta served over a bed of fresh Basil Pasta with aglio e olio sauce
3rd course: Basil Panna cotta with Strawberry Sauce & Candied Prosciutto Crumble
Cash Bar featuring: beer, wine, one signature drink & a featured “boozy” popsicle. Bar will also feature complimentary snack of basil salted popcorn
